PITTSBURGH — Paul Parrish is once again a wanted man after failing to show up for a preliminary hearing Friday afternoon, court records show.
The Mount Washington man is charged with illegal possession of a firearm after 3-year-old Yasha Ross accidentally killed herself while playing with the gun at Parrish's home in March.
It took five days for Parrish to turn himself in after Ross died.

After his second arrest, the Allegheny County District Attorney's Office tried to get Parrish's bond revoked Thursday. He also failed to appear at that hearing.
Investigators hope Parrish will come forward again, even though he has not shown up for two court hearings.
"What it is is a sad scenario, but I don't think that they believe that criminal culpability attaches to this individual," said Fred Rabner, Parrish's attorney.
There's now a warrant out for his arrest.
"I expect Mr. Parrish will surface, avail himself to the process and do the right thing," Rabner said.
Parrish's hearings are now postponed until mid-July.
When he is found, investigators say he'll be brought directly to the Allegheny County Jail.
