AVELLA, Pa. — One person is dead after an ATV accident in Avella Sunday night.
Cody Wood, 26, of Hickory was killed when he lost control of his ATV on a hillside in a wooded area of Meadowcroft Road.
Wood was unrestrained and not wearing a helmet.

The incident took place at 7:24 p.m.
Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the accident.
