BIG BEAVER BOROUGH, Pa. — Pennsylvania State Police are asking for the public’s assistance finding a man who left a personal care facility in Big Beaver Borough, Beaver County, and never returned.
Jeff Manchini, 39, left Katera's Kove on Norwood Drive about 8:30 p.m. Sunday. He was supposed to return at 9 p.m.
Manchini, who left the facility without taking his medication, was last reported to have been seen about 11:30 p.m. in the Rochester Township area, police said.

Manchini is 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs about 340 pounds. He has black hair, green eyes and wears glasses. He was last seen wearing black shorts and a black shirt.
Anyone with information on Manchini’s whereabouts is asked to call State Police in Beaver at 724-773-7400 or local police.
