DUQUESNE, Pa. — Authorities have located the person reported missing earlier Sunday.
Jessie Mercadio Romero, 75, of Duquesne, was found unharmed after going missing around 2:30 p.m. Sunday, investigators said.
Romero suffers from Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease and speaks very little English, according to a release.
