PITTSBURGH — One person was arrested after a shooting incident that injured another person Saturday night in the Beltzhoover section of the city.
Pittsburgh police said the incident occurred in the first block of Vincent Street around 11:05 p.m.
There, emergency personnel found a man with a gunshot wound to his right elbow. The man was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
Police said the shooting was a result of a neighbor dispute. The neighbor, Joseph Baker, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.
