PITTSBURGH — A neighbor contacted Channel 11, worried about the house next door.
The house is crumbling and doing damage to another home in Pittsburgh's Manchester neighborhood.
Thomas Hammond said the condemned home has been empty for nearly 12 years, but it was recent rain that made the roof collapse.
Officials with Manchester Citizen's Council, the organization that helps to revitalize the area, tells Channel 11 they own the property and were recently made aware of the issue.
