PITTSBURGH — Piada Italian Street Food, a Columbus-based fast casual restaurant and one-time “break out brand” by Nation’s Restaurant News, is more than doubling its number of restaurants in the region.
And in the process, it’s replacing what had been a well-established independent restaurant in the city.
The company announced that it has committed to opening three new locations in the region to open this summer, in the South Hills, Robinson Township as well as at East Side, the mixed-use development by The Mosites Company along a border of Shadyside and East Liberty.
