PITTSBURGH — A Pittsburgh school was on lock down while police investigated a shooting nearby.
Weil Early Childhood Center in the Hill District went into lockdown after a report of a shooting about a block away at Centre Avenue and Kirkpatrick Street.
Police did not find any evidence of a shooting.
Students were released to their parents soon after.
