The recently unsealed indictment reveals Harris and an unknown person allegedly robbed three businesses in Oakland and Shaler in October and November.

Federal prosecutors claim the two stole $2,200 from the Butler Street Burger King in Shaler on Oct. 11. They also say Harris and the unknown person stole $105 from the Sunoco across the street on Nov. 6 and $200 from Mia’s Pizza in Oakland two days earlier.

All three businesses had employees inside when the robberies occurred. At this point, Harris is the only one who was arrested following these robberies.

Harris is no stranger to police. He pleaded guilty to gun charges in 2017 and receiving stolen property in 2009.
