It ranked Pittsburgh as one of the best places to live in the country.
Pittsburgh came in at 71.
Even though it might not sound that high, it came above other cities like New York, Los Angeles and Miami.

Harrisburg came in at 61, and Philadelphia ranked 112.
The rankings are based on the strength of the job market and quality of life.
