Pittsburgh police searching for man accused of deadly shooting

PITTSBURGH — Police have issued an arrest warrant for a man wanted in connection with a deadly shooting in Pittsburgh’s Beltzhoover neighborhood.

Montez Freeman, 38, is accused of shooting Clinton Jamar Miller on Knox Avenue around 1 a.m. Wednesday.

It’s unclear what led to the shooting, and police are still investigating.

When officers arrived at the scene, they found Miller, 40, with a gunshot wound to the stomach. He later died after being rushed to the hospital.
