PLUM — Families in Plum borough were able to visit the Easter Bunny on Saturday during a drive-thru event.
The Drive-Thru Eggstravaganza was held at the public works facility along Old Mine Road and gave children in the community a chance to visit with the Easter Bunny.
While not a traditional egg hunt, helpers were giving out cookies and Easter bags filled with goodies.
It is organized by Plum Rotary.
Last year, 500 families filled up the time slots within 48 hours. It was expected that 750 families would be served this year.
