Police found two men blocks apart, each with a gunshot wound, in East Pittsburgh on Monday night and are searching for a third man seen fleeing the area.
Police and paramedics responded to reports of gunshots in the 500 block of Franklin Ave. at about 10:15 p.m., according to Allegheny County Police Lt. Andrew Schurman.
Both are hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries, he said.
They found an 18-year-old man there with a gunshot wound. Another 18-year-old man, two blocks away on Center Avenue, was subsequently found, also with a gunshot wound, Schurman said.

"We were sitting in the house. and we heard about five or six gunshots," said neighbor Renee Satolli. "It sounded like it was in the backyard. I was just browsing through Facebook when I seen it was close to the house. "
Police believe the two were together and one ran after both were shot. Police found two guns at the scene, Schurman said.
A third man was seen fleeing the area just after the shooting, he said, but police are not yet certain why the shooting took place.
