Pittsburgh Crime Stoppers is asking the public for help with an open homicide investigation that happened in Penn Hills.
The body of 31-year- old Isaiah Thomas was found burned, lying face down on the ground on Lawndale Street in June 2016, after his mother reported him missing.
Thomas suffered numerous gunshot wounds, according to the Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office, which determined the gunshots were the cause of death.

Investigators say Thomas was last seen at a local bar in Pittsburgh’s Homewood neighborhood on June 6.
Thomas was known to frequent such Pittsburgh areas as Lincoln, Lemington and Homewood as well as the Wilkinsburg area, police said.
Anyone with information is asked to call Pittsburgh Crime Stoppers at 412-255-8477.
They are offering a $1000 reward for any information about the murder.
