WEST MIFFLIN, Pa. — Police in West Mifflin found a missing woman after she had been missing since 10:30 a.m. Thursday.
Kathleen Merkel, 67, had left her home on Bowes Avenue.
Investigators were concerned because she has mental and physical limitations.
