PITTSBURGH — 9:02 P.M. UPDATE: Police arrested Davon Jones, 26, of the North Side in connection with the shooting.
He's charged with criminal homicide and illegal possession of a firearm.
A man died at a Pittsburgh hospital after he was shot in the head Tuesday night in the city’s Fineview neighborhood.
Police and paramedics were called just before 11 p.m. to the 1700 block of Belleau Drive, where they found Brian Pinkney, 29, of Pittsburgh in a courtyard.

He was shot at least once in the head, police said. He was taken to Allegheny General Hospital and pronounced dead.
