EAST HUNTINGDON, Pa. — A Westmoreland County father accused of attacking a 13-year-old over texts she sent to his son.
Police say Chad Lowry drove to the girl's home in East Huntingdon Sunday, grabbed her by the hair and threw her to the ground.
Last year, Lowry was charged with threatening to kill his son's school bus driver and a teacher at Ramsey Elementary.
