Police are searching for a suspect who stole golf apparel from a DICK’s Sporting Goods store.
And police think he “could be” a repeat offender.
The man walked into the sporting goods store in Hempfield and took a high-end driver into the practice area, police said.

Once there, police said the man took the head off the driver, put the club shaft into a bin for “demo” clubs and walked out of the store with the driver head.
Police said the DICK’s Sporting Goods location in Greensburg lost $250 on a similar incident in May.
Police said the man may have done this “several times.”
