UNION TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Police in Lawrence County are investigating a report of an attempted child luring.
Surveillance video shows a man in his red vehicle following three 11-year-old girls along a road in Union Township.
According to police, the man approached the girls in his car and was waving them towards him.

The incident happened late last month, but the parents of one girl are coming forward now in the hope that it will lead police to the man.
