Service has been restored after being suspended on a portion of the Blue Line Library just hours after it reopened.
All inbound and outbound rail service was suspended between Lytle Station and Washington Junction due to a downed tree, according to a tweet from Pittsburgh Port Authority.
It took about three hours for service to be restored.
Shuttle buses were operating between the two stations and rail service is still operating between Library and Lytle.
