A federal judge dismissed adult film star Stormy Daniels' defamation lawsuit against President Donald Trump, CNN reported Monday night.
The lawsuit revolved around Trump’s dismissal of Daniels’ account of a man threatening her not to reveal her story of an alleged affair with Trump. The president called it a “total con job.”
The judge said Trump's "rhetorical statement" was protected by the First Amendment, according to CNN.
