Residents affected by proposed shuttle connector raise concerns

PITTSBURGH — Allegheny County residents are upset about the city of Pittsburgh's plans for a new shuttle service.

The Mon-Oakland connector would run to Hazelwood from Oakland through several neighborhoods.
