PITTSBURGH — The shuttered Rex Theater in Pittsburgh’s South Side will be opening its doors again soon, under a different name and new ownership.

The venue, located on East Carson Street, was closed in September 2020 due to the pandemic. The theater will reopen this September as Enclave, according to our news partners at the Trib.

The new venue will be owned by Chris Firman, who previously owned the EDM nightclub Static in the Strip.

The opening act for Enclave will be Myles Kennedy at 7 p.m. on Sept. 25.

Tickets go on sale at noon on Friday.
