Allegheny County Public Works will deploy 24 salt trucks as soon as the snow starts to fall. They’re prepared to bring more drivers if needed and extend shifts to make sure crews can clear the roads until the snow stops falling Tuesday.

Crews are also urging drivers to drive slow, allow extra time for your commute and give salt truck drivers room to do their jobs.
