PITTSBURGH — 11:36 P.M. UPDATE: Police say the shooting occurred inside a home on Susquehanna Street, where the two juveniles were visiting a tattoo artist.

That man, Rafiel Collins, 35, of West Palm Beach, Fla., fired several shots at the teens as they fled the residence, police said.

Collins is charged with aggravated assault and other crimes.

A juvenile was shot in the face during a robbery attempt in Pittsburgh's Homewood neighborhood, but police aren't yet certain who fired the bullet.

Police were called just before 2 p.m. Friday to the 500 block of North Homewood Avenue.

According to investigators, two juveniles were attempting to rob someone on the sidewalk when one of the juveniles was shot, receiving a graze wound to the face. Employees at the Everyday Cafe across the street told Channel 11 the juvenile ran into the cafe begging for help, and they called 911.

"In the process of that robbery, it looks like one of the robbers must have shot the other robber," said police Lt. Barry Budd. "That will be confirmed through the investigation."

The teenager was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. The robbery victim was not hurt.

Police are questioning several witnesses.
