PITTSBURGH — A slow-speed chase early Tuesday morning went through Pittsburgh's North Side before ending with officers drawing their weapons.
Surveillance video shows tense moments as police surround the car with their guns pointed at the driver.

"All I could hear was, 'Put your hands up, put your hands behind you head. Walk backward, walk backward, keep walking, walk backward.' And you hear them screaming that," Sherri Kurtz said.
Kurtz lives in Woods Run where this happened. Her home security camera captured the incident.
The dramatic video shows the three suspects getting out of the car with their hands up, walking backward toward the officers and then getting down on the ground.
Police tell Target 11 they spotted the car driving on Brighton Road with no lights near the intersection of Woods Run. They followed it for more than a mile before making the stop next to Kurtz's home.

"It could have went differently because of everything going on. It's been crazy around here. They handed it so professionally and made sure all neighbors understood and were safe," she said.
The 17-year-old driver has been charged with operating a stolen vehicle.
