"In the back, it's a big open area warehouse with, I guess, product surplus. They were just on a forklift, it looked like, in between two rows of product," said Stowe Township Police Chief Matthew Preminger.
The male co-worker has been identified as 29-year-old Michael Harris from McKees Rocks.
Police and paramedics were dispatched just after 2:38 p.m. to the plant, which is located at 400 Graham St.
According to police, Harris surrendered to plant managers and was taken into custody by Stowe Township police without incident.

The victim was shot in the leg. He is alert and talking at Allegheny General Hospital.
His wound has been described as non-life-threatening, according to police.
Investigators said this all started to build up last week when Harris posted a video on Snapchat of the victim pretending to have sex. Police said the victim repeatedly asked Harris to take it down, but Harris did not.
On Monday, police said the victim approached Harris and body-slammed him. Police said Harris then walked to his car, grabbed his gun, went back inside the plant and shot the victim in the leg.
Harris will be charged with aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person. He will remain at Allegheny County Jail to await arraignment on the charges.
Desiree Pemberton's husband works at the plant and all she could think of was the worst.
"You just never know if it could be your loved one that something happened to. So I was just alarmed. But I'm glad he's OK," Pemberton said.
A Pepsi spokesperson told Channel 11, “We're working closely with local authorities in full support of the investigation."
Pepsi has a strict no-gun policy.
