The Pennsylvania State House Game and Fisheries Committee is holding a hearing on expanding the days for deer hunting.

The hearing was held in Charleroi. Lawmakers and the public are hearing from experts.
Officials are trying to give people more time to hunt and keep revenue flowing.

In 2019, the State Game Commission added hunting on Saturdays, and despite the outcry from traditionalists, the state is looking at adding hunting on Sunday as well.
A final decision could come this spring.
