A Springdale neighborhood was evacuated for about three hours after a man reported someone had delivered a suspicious package with a timer inside.

"According to the ATF guys, it is an iPad from a state prison. When I opened up the box that's the only thing I seen, and it went out the back door," said Tom Mangol.

He told Channel 11 a relative mailed it to him and he doesn't know why.

"I'm just glad that it is what it is and nobody's looking for me for any reason," Mangol said.
