A teenager was shot in the hand while sitting in a car early Wednesday morning in Marshall-Shadeland.
The 16-year-old went to Allegheny General Hospital at about 2:30 a.m. with the injury, police said. He told them he was sitting in the car with two other people when someone fired a shot at the car, hitting his left hand.

The car was at the intersection of Frederick and Dickson streets.
