CARNEGIE, Pa. — Friends and family are mourning the loss of 18-year-old Victoria Brandt after she was killed in a car crash on the Parkway West earlier this week.
Tori, as friends called her, was a passenger in a car at the time of the crash.
Police say the driver of that car ran away and made it all the way to the GetGo in Carnegie before police picked hm up.
