BIG BEAVER, Pa. — Jordan Bobin, 17, of Wampum, died Monday evening after being hit by a car while riding his bicycle on Route 18 in Big Beaver.

Family members told Channel 11 Jordan is a twin. His brother is also set to graduate next week. Now, all parties are off as this family plans a funeral.
Jordan's uncle told Channel 11 Jordan exercised every day after school, either running or bicycling along the same loop by his house.

On Monday afternoon, just 0.3 miles away from home, state police said Jordan crossed Route 18 on his bike, and went into the path of an SUV.
The superintendent of the Mohawk School district said there will be additional counselors ready to deal with student and staff needs.
