EMS chief accused of sexually assaulting young girl

WHITE OAK, Pa. — An emergency medical services chief is accused of sexually assaulting a young girl between 2008 and 2011.

According to a criminal complaint, the victim told police that Ryan Marton touched her several times between 2008 and 2011 at his home in White Oak.

The girl told police that Marton also invited three friends over to engage in sexual acts with her too.

According to the complaint, the victim told police that one time Marton “exposed a handgun to her and said that he was going to put the gun to her mother’s head if she told anybody about these incidents.”

Police said Marton is an EMS chief with North Versailles Fire Department.

Marton is facing several charges, including endangering the welfare of children and unlawful contact with a minor.
