Police are searching for a woman accused of trafficking a child for sex.
Daphne Kisner is wanted on charges of statutory sexual assault, trafficking of persons, aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors and indecent assault.
In April, a man was arrested in connection with the case. Peter Moldovan IV is accused of paying Kisner $20 to take the child for the day. Moldovan then allegedly took the girl to the Avalon Motel in Ben Avon and sexually assaulted her.
According to a criminal complaint, Kisner took the girl to the motel in June 2016. The girl told police that Kisner told her "to be careful and not get pregnant."
At the time of his arrest, Moldovan was wanted on charges of statutory rape and corruption of minors.
Kisner's parents told Channel 11 News they have not seen her in a week. They said they don't know anything about the arrest warrant or the circumstances surrounding it.
Anyone with information on Kisner's whereabouts is asked to call police.
