NORTH HUNTINGDON, Pa. — Police said a woman had two toddlers in her car with 500 stamp bags of heroin when she was pulled over in North Huntingdon on Wednesday night.

Sheriff's deputies said they stopped the car on Route 30 because the woman was driving erratically and illegally changing lanes.

Deputies smelled marijuana, and when backup arrived from the attorney general's office, they searched the vehicle.

Police said when they pulled the car over, they found two toddlers in the back seat not restrained or in car seats. Their mother, Radajah Muhammad, was sitting with them.

The heroin was discovered under the seat Muhammad was sitting in, police said, and it was packaged in a way that made them believe she was going to sell it.
