The largest massage franchise in the nation, with many Pittsburgh locations, is in trouble.
Nearly 200 people say therapists at Massage Envy sexually abused them.
Massage Envy has a dozen locations in our area, from Cranberry to Bethel Park, but none of them are involved in the complaints.
One woman spoke out publicly for the first time after filing a multi-million dollar lawsuit against the company.
"I was panicked. I was fearful," said Tara Woodley, a Massage Envy accuser. "It is almost impossible for me to find the right words to express how violated I felt and scared I was."

Woodley is the latest woman to file suit against the popular franchise for mishandling or even completely ignoring her claims of inappropriate behavior.
"This company seems to have a pattern and a practice of not firing sexual predators after they know they employ them,” said Kim Brooks-Rodney, Woodley’s attorney said.
As Buzzfeed first reported, more than 180 sexual assaults have been reported against the chain.
I felt humiliated, I felt used, I felt broken. But I had my daughter encouraging me and I made the call,” said Susan Ingraham, a Massage Envy accuser.
Ingraham made the call to police after she claims the manager turned a blind eye to her complaint.
Attorney Adam Horowitz, who has represented several accusers against Massage Envy, says it's a companywide problem.
"They don't mandate that all their franchises report incidents of sexual assault to law enforcement,” Horowitz said.
A statement from the company calls the incidents "heartbreaking" adding in part:
"...we will never stop reinforcing to our franchisees the importance of a safe environment. It's why we are constantly listening, learning and looking at how we can do more..."
