COBB COUNTY, Ga. — A Georgia teenager was charged with three felonies after allegedly raping a 7-year-old girl last week.
Baudilio Salomon Diaz Ambrocio, 17, of Marietta, was arrested July 3 on charges of rape, aggravated child molestation and aggravated sexual battery, according to his arrest warrant.
The victim required surgery at a hospital after the rape, the warrant said.
Two days earlier, he's accused of raping the girl at a home near West Atlanta Street, the warrant said. The child's parents were not home at the time of the alleged sexual assault.
In addition to his charges, Diaz Ambrocio, who was born in Guatemala, has a hold placed on him by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Cobb County jail records show. He remains in jail without bond.
