30-pound cat named Zack seeks adopter to help him slim down in new year

HOWELL, Mich. — The Michigan Humane Society is seeking an adopter who can be a workout buddy for one its largest residents.

Zack is a 12-year-old tabby who weighs over 30 pounds. The Michigan Humane Society calls him “an absolute unit.”

The organization hopes to find an adopter dedicated to helping Zack reach a healthier weight.

Those interested in adopting Zack can apply through the Michigan Humane Society website.
