Disney still raises flags despite coronavirus shutdown

The music is silent. The paths are empty. The gates are closed to guests.

But despite the shutdown of Walt Disney World and Disneyland because of COVID-19, the flags are still flying at one Disney property.

Walt Disney World Resort president Josh D’Amaro shared what the company called #DisneyMagicMoments on his Instagram account Wednesday.

Every day, the security team on duty at the Florida theme park is still raising the stars and stripes high above Main Street while still observing social distancing, Disney Parks official blog said.

Both the East Coast and West Coast parks are closed until further notice, company officials announced recently.
