NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. — Police are looking for an armed robber who was polite while targeting a South Carolina Waffle House.
The North Augusta Department of Public Safety told WRDW that a man wearing a black ski mask walked into a Waffle House early Friday with a handgun and told employees to open the register. When one of them did, and put all of the money into a to-go bag and handed it to the robber, the gunman replied, “God bless you, I did not want to hurt anyone,” police told the station.
Nobody was hurt, and police did not say how much money was taken in the robbery.
