HERMITAGE, Pa. — Seventy-eight-year-old Hermitage, Pennsylvania resident Arthur Brown is being forced to tone down the spotlights that neighbors say he uses at all hours to protect his home from "aliens."
Neighbors say he shines the spotlights at his foil-wrapped house day and night to discourage the little green men from bothering him.

A judge ordered Brown to take down the lights earlier this year, imposing a $500-per-day fine if he continued to shine his spotlights late into the night.
Officials say he has not complied and now owes more than $20,000. (UPI)
