WHITE OAK, Pa.,None — A White Oak homeowner said she plans to take legal action after the bushes on her property were cut by someone hired by the nearby PNC Bank branch.
"My hedges were not on their property whatsoever. They came on my property," said Nicole Almansouri. "I was sick. I was so upset I didn't know what to do. I started screaming."
Almansouri said she no longer has privacy and showed Channel 11 photos from earlier in the summer. Behind the swimming pool, you can only see a small part of the bank's brick wall. Now, you can clearly see the bank, its customers and the main road.
A facility manager at the bank told Channel 11 that a contractor trimmed the bushes that were overlapping the branch's property by 20 feet. The manager also planned to contact Almansouri to work it out.
Since our White Oak visit, Almansouri said the manager has contacted her. She said she is not pleased with the manager's explanation and plans to pursue legal action.
