The WPXI "Tonight Show" ticket and trip giveaway will begin on Monday, Feb. 23 at 11:30pm.

4. Online Entry. Enter by visiting the Sweepstakes official registration page at http://wpxi.upickem.net/engine/Welcome.aspx?contestid=165627 and completing all of the required information and following all posted instructions. In order to count for this Sweepstakes, your entry must be submitted during a Daily Entry Window. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by Sponsor's Visitor Agreement and Privacy Policy, which are hereby incorporated by reference.
Sponsor's clock shall be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person and per telephone number per Daily Entry Window regardless of method of entry for a total of up to ten (10) entries per person and per telephone number during the Sweepstakes Period. Submissions that do not include all required information and adhere to these Official Rules will be considered void. The determinations of Sponsor and Sweepstakes operators will be final and binding in all respects.
Entries will be declared to be made by the Authorized Account Holder of the phone number submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the phone number by a telecommunications service provider that is responsible for assigning the phone number associated with the entry.
One (1) Grand Prize: Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, one (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive two (2) Round Trip airline tickets from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to New York, New York. Tickets to see a taping of The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. Hotel Stay in New York, New York, ground transportation from airport to hotel, from hotel to show taping. (ARV: $1,300)
