Our partners at the Trib, who picked up court records, said Howard’s driver’s license was suspended.

When Howard eventually consented for police to search her car, troopers found 550 bricks of suspected heroin in a backpack in the back seat, which has a street value of more than $500,000, court documents say.

Howard posted $10,000 bond and her preliminary hearing is scheduled for Feb. 20, according to the Trib.
