The Pirates announced their 2020 ticket refund policy Tuesday, offering refunds for ticket holders and the option to have it rollover with bonuses for 2021.
Single game buyers will receive a refund for their 2020 purchases. That should be completed within seven to 10 days of the announcement of the MLB schedule, which was Monday.

Season ticket holders who choose to commit for 2021 will receive a 15% bonus credit for 2021, which could be used on upgrading or adding additional seats. Group ticket and mini-plan buyers will have the option for a refund or a 10% credit for next year.
The Pirates said all fans who purchased tickets through for this season can expect communication from the club either Tuesday or Wednesday.
The Pirate will not provide any refunds or exchanges of any Ticket purchased via StubHub.
