Michael Pittman Jr., seen on Wednesday in the locker room rolling on a scooter with his left foot propped up, will be out multiple weeks, per Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike McCarthy.
The team is still deciding whether or not Pittman needs to be placed on the injured reserve.
The injury is an aggravation of the same issue that hampered the veteran receiver earlier this season, that kept him out against the New England Patriots in Week 2. That came after a three-reception, 58-yard performance in the Steelers’ regular season opener against the Atlanta Falcons.
