Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. is not practicing on Monday. Pittman suffered some type of right leg injury during the team’s Saturday Night Lights practice at Latrobe Memorial Stadium.

In his pre-practice interview, Steelers head coach Mike McCarthy noted that rookie wide receiver Germie Bernard will get additional reps with Pittman banged up on Saturday night.

Wide receiver DK Metcalf is also not practicing, but that could be a vet day.

Pittman, who was traded to the Steelers by the Indianapolis Colts in March, addressed his transition to the Steel City during an appearance onThe Pat McAfee Show,” highlighting what it has been like stepping into the huddle alongside four-time NFL MVP Aaron Rodgers.
