Aston-Reese agrees to one-year contract

PITTSBURGH — The Penguins have everyone on their major-league roster under contract.

Zach Aston-Reese, who was scheduled for a salary-arbitration hearing Aug. 23, has agreed to a one-year deal, with a cap hit of $1.725 million.

His contract is believed to leave the Penguins with about $120,000 in cap space, with 23 players currently on one-way deals.
