Penguins will prepare for playoffs without Bjugstad

The Penguins haven’t played a game in 2 1/2 months, and probably won’t have another for at least a couple more.

Nonetheless, they suffered a loss this week, when center Nick Bjugstad underwent season-ending surgery Tuesday after having what Jim Rutherford said was “a setback” during his rehabilitation from an unspecified injury.
