USA BMX athlete crashes at Olympics, taken off track on stretcher

TOKYO — American Connor Fields crashed Friday during the third run of his semi-final in the Men’s BMX race at the Olympics, according to NBC.

Fields was taken off the track on a stretcher. He was treated by medical staff before being rushed to the hospital.

His condition hasn’t been released.
